As the Engineer – Test Automation , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and flawless user experience.
You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee optimal performance.
With respect, honesty and integrity you will: Support day-to-day operations of team applications, including monitoring security, performance, and incident triage.
Contribute to engineering solutions following security and compliance standards, with clear documentation.
Ensure system security through secure coding practices and compliance with security guidelines.
Collaborate with the team on accurate effort estimation and timely project delivery, escalating risks as needed.
Provide user training and support, ensuring smooth tech adoption and addressing technical issues.
What you'll bring: Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, specializing in mobile and web application testing Ability to collaborate closely with delivery leads and developers to establish and maintain shared quality standards and goals Skilled in developing detailed test plans and test cases for mobile app features, ensuring comprehensive coverage of essential functionalities Proficiency in executing both manual and automated tests to validate functionality, usability, and performance across a range of devices and operating systems Excellent documentation skills to report defects clearly, including reproduction steps and potential impact Familiarity with TypeScript is a strong plus.
