The Engineer - Projects position provides support for the Senior Engineer – Capital Works in the project planning and management of the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure including storage, reticulation and treatment assets.
This position requires you to make decisions and provide advice as a professional engineer on complex issues across a range of infrastructure types.
About the role: Supervise and manage construction programs and projects including staff and contractors as necessary.
Prepare reports and recommendations to Senior Engineers, Managers, Directors, General Manager and Councillors.
Manage projects and budgets up to $5 million.

We are seeking: Bachelor of Civil Engineering or related field eligible for membership of IE Aust or substantial technical experience and competence.
Demonstrated sound level of competence/knowledge in Civil Engineering including design, construction, operation and maintenance activities.
Competence in contract and/or project management and the ability to manage multidiscipline engineering projects.
Competence in infrastructure asset management.
