At Breakthru we are proud to be Great Place to Work Certified!!About the opportunity…As an Engagement Officer, you will be the first point of contact for new and potential customers wishing to access Breakthru services. You will provide advice regarding service options and work closely with customers and their families to understand their requirements, expectations, and aspirations. The key focus of this role is to secure customer engagement and lead the development of service agreements to ensure a streamlined onboarding process. This includes:Managing new enquiries via phone, email and online systems/applicationsActively responding to new customer enquiriesProcessing relevant referrals and NDIS Request for ServiceLiaising with operational teams regarding service capacity and availabilityAwareness of Breakthru and legislative policies and proceduresParticipating in promotional campaigns to increase customer acquisition and promote Breakthru's service offeringsThorough and timely file managementAbout you…You are passionate, driven to succeed and thrive on customer service, building relationships both internally and externally. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while continuing to provide strong customer service will be the key to your success in this role. With highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships, your commitment to customers and their families will support the continued customer acquisition and growth of the business.
