The OpportunityThe NIAA has a current vacancy for a Senior Engagement Officer, based in Lismore, NSW. The Engagement Senior Officer role is to oversee and guide the day-to-day operational activities of a small team, to deliver high quality services and policy implementation, and to ensure that performance measures are met within desired timeframes. They may be required to undertake management or have oversight of small projects for the team and assist with larger projects for the branch.The Senior Engagement Officer will contribute to a strong team culture and encourage innovation, where staff are valued and supported, while ensuring commitment to producing quality outcomes.
