This role involves promoting rural career pathways in medicine, liaising with health students and trainees, and working closely with health services and community groups to enhance rural health training and professional development in the Goulburn Valley region.Your responsibilities will include:Identification of students and junior doctors with intent to practice rurallyPromoting new educational projects / programs of partner health services and programs in the GV regionPromoting regional/rural and remote education and resource materials to students and junior doctorsDeveloping inter-professional engagement activities, particularly with respect to aiding students and junior health professionals integrate with the local communities in which they are working/studyingWho We Are Looking ForYou will excel in stakeholder management and communication, with strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building relationships and collaborating effectively.
