We work in Scotland with older people's groups who provide vital activities and services for older people in theirlocal community. We campaign on the issues that older people tell us are important to them.
As Energy Trainer, you will be involved in developing and delivering online and face-to-face energy and cost ofliving advice workshops for older people in Scotland, and those who support them. You will represent AgeScotland at community events and conferences, providing information and making referrals to our helpline fortailored advice.
Our workshops and events cover a variety of energy and cost of living related issues, including:
• saving energy and money.
• understanding energy bills and tariffs.
• the health-related impacts of living in a cold home.
• the Priority Services Register.
• fire and carbon monoxide safety.
• smoke and heat alarm regulations.
• financial support including benefits, home energy efficiency grants and schemes, and social tariffs.
• other information, advice and support provided by Age Scotland.
You will play a hand in training staff members and corporate partners about the issues people face in later life,collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback for project evaluation, and supporting the development of AgeScotland's energy and cost of living related information resources.
The post will be mainly home-based in mainland Scotland north of the central belt and will require frequent travelaround Scotland.

As Resource and Administration Officer, you will support the work of the Community Development team, providing highquality information and administration. Project: Wellbeing onto Work (WOW), Space Training Academy Space is a community anchor organisation supporting people and their families in South West Edinburgh, with some ofour services stretching city wide.
WE BELIEVE THAT CONNECTIONS BUILD COMMUITIES Space delivers 22 projects, with around 70 staff and over 200 volunteers. We deliver diverse services supportingyoung people, families, older people and carers amongst others.

About the role: The Youth Participation Worker will work as part of a small team designing, planning and delivering the SpaceTraining Academy's exciting new project – Wellbeing onto Work (WOW).
The WOW project will work with young people aged 16-24yrs, supporting the transition between school and employment.The Youth Participation Worker will offer group sessions and 1:1 support to help young people build on theirskills and improve their confidence.
Key tasks in the role will include: • Create promotional material and network locally, recruiting suitable young people on to the programme
• Plan and deliver WOW group sessions
• Meet with young people on a 1:1 basis to deliver appropriate individual support
• Track and evaluate the progress of the project to demonstrate impact and inform funder reporting
• Maintain accurate, detailed, records for each young person including attendance and progress

We are seeking to engage an Independent Sector Lead to support the Integration of Health and Social Care inInverclyde. Hosted by Scottish Care and working closely with care providers and partners, the post involvesensuring sector involvement in the delivery of the integrating of health and social care in Scotland'sHSCPs.
The post holder must be highly motivated, be able to use initiative, possess excellent communication and networkingskills, demonstrate success and experience working at strategic level with policy makers, providers, regulators,people supported by services and carers. Qualifications and experience at a senior management level would be asignificant advantage.
The post holder will be expected to create and support significant collaborations across the independent care sectorwhile contributing to the development of new care pathways which will result in the delivery of improvedoutcomes for people who access care and support. The post holder will ensure the Independent Sector'scontribution is fundamental to integrated services and transformational change and be able to evidence theirimpact. The role requires considerable and skilful collaboration with our key partners in the NHS, LocalAuthority, Carers, third sector organisations and other forums.

The successful candidate will be required to spend a significant amount of time in the Inverclyde area.
The post is home based with travel, where necessary, and is hosted by Scottish Care.
