Our team is currently looking for an Energy Systems Manager to join our expanding team.
About the Role: Manage PAPL's Metering, SCADA, Energy Management System (Zenon + Fibre), and Protection Systems for reliable 24/7 operation. Oversee strategic asset development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with business goals. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and stay informed on technological advancements in metering and SCADA systems. Develop and manage long-term lifecycle plans (0-25 years) for CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and resource allocation. Ensure accurate data management for billing, auditing, and regulatory reporting across metering and SCADA systems. Provide technical guidance and support to Airport Operations and stakeholders, including data analysis and system performance reporting. Oversee contracts and manage external service providers to ensure optimal performance of metering and SCADA systems. Develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures for the secure control, monitoring, and use of metering and SCADA data. About You: Bachelor's degree in Power Systems Engineering (or similar) with 5+ years of experience in utility or energy infrastructure management. Expertise in managing HV/LV metering, SCADA, protection systems, and energy management systems. Familiarity with technical systems like PLCs, Modbus, RTUs, IEC standards, and Digsilent Power System analysis. Proven experience developing and managing technical policies, standards, and lifecycle plans for metering and energy systems. Skilled in delivering CAPEX/OPEX programs aligned with strategic asset management plans. Ability to read, review, and analyze technical schematics, design drawings, and system documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data management systems. Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and problem-solver with a collaborative approach and attention to detail.
