About the OpportunityRPS is seeking qualified and experienced Project Delivery leaders from either an engineering or commercial background to join our team based in South East Queensland on a permanent basis, to assist our clients in the planning, development, and delivery of projects across the Energy Sector. These projects include On & Off Shore Wind, Solar, Hydro, Carbon Capture & Storage, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Transmission and Generation infrastructure, assets and facilities.

You will haveTertiary qualifications in a construction, engineering, commercial or related field.At least 10 years post graduate related work experiencePrevious client, consultant, or contractor side experience in the Energy SectorA strong understanding and proven experience in a range of contract forms (e.g. EPC, PPP, D&C).A strong understanding and experience with stakeholder managementAbility to manage and grow business relationshipsStrong communication and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely management reports.Exceptional organisational, client engagement and relationship building ability.Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a timely and efficient manner.Commercial acumen.What we offerRPS has a market leading project management and advisory team who specialize in the delivery of large complex projects, and you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most influential and talented leaders in the industry.
