About the Opportunity
RPS is seeking qualified and experienced Project Delivery leaders from either an engineering or commercial background to join our team based in Perth on a permanent basis, to assist our clients in the planning, development, and delivery of projects across the Energy Sector.
These projects include On & Off Shore Wind, Solar, Hydro, Carbon Capture & Storage, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Transmission and Generation infrastructure, assets and facilities.

You will have

Tertiary qualifications in a construction, engineering, commercial or related field.
At least 10 years post graduate related work experience
Previous client, consultant, or contractor side experience in the Energy Sector
A strong understanding and proven experience in a range of contract forms (e.g.
EPC, PPP, D&C).
A strong understanding and experience with stakeholder management
Ability to manage and grow business relationships
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely management reports.
Exceptional organisational, client engagement and relationship building ability.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a timely and efficient manner.
Commercial acumen.
