This role is perfect for professionals with experience in building services design, construction engineering, HVAC tuning and optimization, energy monitoring, auditing, NABERS, or net-zero emissions strategies.

Key Responsibilities : Develop innovative solutions for energy efficiency projects, including emissions reduction, upgrades, and building improvements.
Support senior team members with project management and coordinate effectively with clients and contractors.
Ensure all projects align with client briefs and meet both financial and technical standards, seeking approvals for any deviations as needed.
Assist with administrative duties to support smooth operation of technical, financial, and HR systems.
Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ideally in Mechanical, Building Services, or Electrical Engineering.
Strong team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful work.
Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
Professional presence and self-awareness.
Solid writing abilities and a dedication to ongoing learning and improvement.
Systems engineering approach with analytical skills for applying operations and technology to drive energy efficiency.
Preferred Skills and Certifications: Proven experience in HVAC design, commissioning, operation, tuning, and optimization.
Knowledge of renewable energy technologies.
Membership in professional organizations such as AIRAH or Engineers Australia.
NABERS Assessor qualification.
Strong research, analysis, and report writing abilities.
