This Part Time Fixed Term (12 months)
role offers an opportunity for a skilled and proactive individual to work as Energy and Sustainability Analyst
within the City Integrated Maintenance Services Energy Centre supporting our partners to achieve their sustainability targets. In this role, you will assist the Energy Operations and Sustainability Lead in ensuring that emissions reporting is accurate, complete and consistent. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure accuracy and completeness of data within the Energy Management System, covering electricity, natural gas, LPG, waste, water and emissions data. Update and maintain the EMS to ensure accurate emissions reporting. Collect and manage data from various sources. Upload data into emissions reporting platforms such as Sphera and Envizi as required. Assist with data analysis of sustainability projects that drive net zero strategies. Support daily energy operations and respond to partner inquiries regarding energy data, bills, or reports in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Science, or a related field preferred. Experience in analysing data using MS Excel and Power BI (Intermediate level). Demonstrated problem-solving and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in energy and sustainability reporting (such as NGER) preferred but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
