Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical)
Permanent Part Time and Casual positions available Opportunities currently exist for enthusiastic nurses with a passion for Aged Care to join our innovative and committed team. Our preferred candidate will have: Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.Demonstrated sound level of nursing skills and works within safe practice principles.Sound organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.Sound written and computer skills.Well-developed communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.Ability to communicate constructively and effectively with key stakeholders.The following experience/qualifications would be considered advantageous: Knowledge of the national Aged Care standards.Recent clinical experience in a residential aged care facility.IMPORTANT: Some roles in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated annually for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required to be provided prior to commencement.
