Endorsed Enrolled Nurse

Home Assist Community Services are seeking an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to provide in-home/community nursing care for our Home Care Package clients.
This will involve client assessments, planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring client's health care plans within our multidisciplinary team.
Home Assist Community Services is a non-profit community-based public benevolent institution.
It was established in the year 1999 to provide a range of services for older people and people with disabilities in the Queensland Local Government Areas of Bundaberg, Fraser Coast, Gympie, North Burnett, and South Burnett.
