As a Commercial Quality Officer, you'll work closely with our Commercial Quality Lead to uphold the highest standards of quality across our site. The Commercial Quality Officer will be an active member of the Quality team, responsible for leading initiatives and enacting operational strategy, while managing risk to enhance the customer and employee experience for the site that they service.
Responsibilities include: Maintaining regulatory compliance, addressing customer concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to meet their needs. Conducting Quality Control tasks to meet regulatory requirements. Managing risk to enhance the experience for both customers and employees. Implementing process protocols and managing document control processes. Addressing customer complaints and ensuring timely resolutions. Collaborating with internal teams to meet their requests. Delivering advice and recommendations around quality assurance, operational risk management and continuous improvement approaches. Working closely with supporting functions to ensure efficient and effective systems are maintained. Driving analysis of existing business processes to support the implementation of internal and external audit recommendations. Supporting internal and external audits, conducting independent and transparent Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality audits and compliance assessments. About you: A relevant tertiary qualification or industry certification. At least 1 year of industry experience with a solid understanding of quality control methodologies. Familiarity with quality standards and regulations. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is relayed. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and communication technologies. Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety or a related field. Experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Experience in working with people with a disability is an advantage. Why Choose Us?
