Short Description: Looking for Enablon Functional Lead
Location: Perth, Australia
Salary range: AUD 108,571- 119,893 (Annual Gross)
Roles and Responsibilities: Assess current client business operations and processes, identify opportunities for improvement and document potential gaps.Facilitate discussions with Product Owners (PO) to solidify functional requirements in adequate detail for transition to configuration team.Serve as an interpreter between the technical team and the client, translating information system specifications into related business requirements that non-technical audiences can understand.Lead EHS functional and requirement discussions with customer for providing solutions that add value and implement industry best practices.Play the role of a PO delegate as required and work with Developers and Testers to provide necessary clarifications for refinement of user stories and backlog prioritization.Identify, document and test completion of business requirements/user stories in ADO.Ensure execution of configuration activities to meet project delivery milestones and acceptance criteria.Conduct joint design sessions with customer and product vendors to implement/configure an optimal solution.Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issues resolution.Carry out impact analysis related to enhancement requests, at a functional level, in Enablon.Create and/or support creation of training guides if required.Coordinate UAT and maintenance-related activities post go-live.Skill / Competencies / Experience: ESSENTIAL 2 to 5 years of experience in EHS Enablon implementation projects.Thorough functional understanding and problem-solving skills in the following Enablon EHS areas/modules: Health and Safety Management, Environment Management, Audits, Compliance and Risk Management.Knowledge of master data and its linkage/usage across modules.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or related degree required, Master's degree a plus.PREFERRED Experience in agile and/or DevOps methodologies.Exposure to COTS Product like Enablon/Intelex/Cority.Knowledge of basic Enablon configuration. Knowledge of advanced configuration is a huge plus.Enablon certified.ADDITIONAL Must have good interpersonal skills.Must have ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).At Infosys, we recognize that everyone has individual requirements.
