You will be part of our Enabling team whose primary objective is to enable our Locals to provide the best possible customer service to our customers, within their home and their local community. We focus on outcomes not hierarchy and organise around the work rather than reporting lines and single discipline teams.You will have initiative and be inspired by the opportunity to work differently, learn constantly and be an active collaborator to help everyone at Chorus be at their best.This role will be responsible for ensuring that Chorus People are paid on time, correctly, and according to the requirements covering the social and community sector.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd to end payroll experience.Experience with MYOB (ideally in Payglobal but not essential).Employment Hero / Keypay / Sandwei experience will be highly regarded.Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines with a focus on accuracy and problem solving.Excellent communication skills with a flexible and collaborative approach.Some familiarity with awards and their interpretation.Willingness to engage beyond payroll and grow with the organisation.You will be required to have an NDIS clearance and an Australian Drivers Licence and be willing to be an active part of our engagement with customers from time to time.The right person is our priority!
