The position will advise the TGHH Project Director and Steering Committee on relevant issues and recommending options for action.The position is required to facilitate the effective coordination of infrastructure mostly funded and delivered by separate government-owned businesses (TasNetworks, TasPorts, Tas Irrigation and TasWater). Period of Appointment Appointment to the role is on a fixed term flexible basis (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight)for three years. Duties Contribute to and manage aspects of the Tasmanian Green Hydrogen Hub (TGHH) Project in accordance with State Growth's Project Management Frameworks through the phases from initiation to project evaluation and closure. Provide authoritative and consultative advice, plan, develop, and implement appropriate strategies, processes, and plans related to infrastructure development and the TGHH Project. Develop and review project documentation and provide accurate status reporting and briefing papers on matters affecting the successful delivery of the TGHH, especially in relation to infrastructure development. Develop and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with diverse stakeholders and apply a strong client service focus. Proactively lead complex concepts and resolve implementation issues with a diverse range of stakeholders, including early identification of risks and associated mitigation. Provide strong leadership, management and guidance within the TGHH PMO, acting as second in charge to the Project Director The Project Director, TGHH, may assign the position other duties as necessary. Formal qualifications in Engineering. Extensive experience and/or formal qualifications in project management. Practical experience in renewables, hydrogen, transmission, water, ports, and/or clean fuel industries.
