Location:Homebush or St Leonards – with hybrid working conditions available The Opportunity The Service Centre Officers are primarily responsible for taking incoming phone calls, receive and process applications and equipment orders for people needing mobility, communication, self-care, respiratory and prosthetic equipment. In addition, the SCO will provide ongoing support to eligible consumers with consumable reorders and repair and maintenance requests, and process claims for travel and accommodation subsidies.
