Job Description

Sales Manager
Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experiences to guests who stay in your property.
You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bonds with your guests.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting on the market and competitor information.Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting in sales activities, sales pipelines, and all other assigned reports and tasks.Identify and develop potential clients in specified offline segments and incorporate them into the sales pipelines.Promote all the hotel products and services. Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Studies.Minimum 5 years of similar working experience in the hospitality industry.Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Hotel Property Management System (PMS).Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Time Management skills.
