What you will be doing: As our nextReservation Executive, you will be:
Responsible for all reservations over the phone or internet, e-mail and handles all associated operationsIncreaseand optimiseroom sales in line with the brand and hotel's sales policyIn this role you ensure guests receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested in line with the Company standards.Follows up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easier for the front desk team.Handles reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes defined by the brand.Enters reservation details precisely and correctly.Ensures that information is passed on to the people concerned.Confirms the reservation; takes care over written communications.Communicates and cooperates with the other hotel departments.Qualifications
Guest focused personality is essentialDemonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer serviceExperience is an assetAble to communicate in written and spoken English and TurkishAdditional languages are a plus; French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, Arabic is preffered.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly organized and detail-orientedHave a courteous and professional telephone mannerBe proficient in computer systems and reservation softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
