Women's and Children's Health Network, Corporate Services, North Adelaide (5006) Classification - RN/M3 - Registered Nurse/Midwife LV 3 - $121,537 to $126,970 Full time OR Part Time (Multiple positions available) - Term Contract (temporary up to 30 Jun 2025) About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Services team as an EMR Clinical Support Lead , where you will be responsible for: Lead, influence, plan, and support the ongoing design and improvement of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to ensure it meets the needs of multi-disciplinary services, including maternity, neonatal, and paediatric care.
Oversee the delivery of training for clinical employees across Women's and Children's Health Network (WCHN).
Familiarize with agreed business rules and work processes to provide effective training and preparation activities that support proficiency in the use of the EMR across SA Health.
Utilize subject matter expertise to actively engage stakeholders, ensuring the adoption and continuous improvement of the EMR solution.
Take a clinical leadership role in WCHN for EMR and Digital Health optimization.
Provide advice on the development or amendment of local health network operational policies to support new EMR-related processes and work practices.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
Registered Nurse / Midwife with at least three years post registration experience.
Appropriate knowledge and practice within a nursing setting with at least 3 years post graduate experience.
Proven experience as a leader or manager in the health care industry.
Effective leadership skills, including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation.
An ability to work with a high level of autonomy, perform effectively under pressure and prioritise workloads, as both a leader and as a member of a team.
