About the role Due to continued growth, we have a vacancy for a full-time Employment Services Officer, working in our Salisbury office.

Reporting to the Employment Services Area Manager this role assists people living with disability to find suitable and sustainable employment across their footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, work with clients to increase their readiness to sustain employment, upskill and retrain them and create opportunities for them via referrals and direct marketing to local employers. 
Working as part of a small collaborative team, through effective delivery of service and support, this position will assist people living with disability to improve their work readiness.
Duties include: Community Engagement: Engage with, develop, and maintain employer and community networks, aiming to secure employment opportunities for our jobseekers.Caseload Management: Manage a small caseload of jobseekers, demonstrating empathy and compassion throughout the employment journey.Advocacy and Information: Provide advocacy and information about our organisation, MOBO, connecting both jobseekers and the wider community.Energetic Environment: Thrive in a dynamic work environment, challenging yourself to meet and exceed KPIs.Administrative Excellence: Handle a high amount of administration tasks with a keen focus on detail.Reverse Marketing: Conduct reverse marketing activities focused on identifying job opportunities that align with jobseeker's skills and abilities.Capacity Building: Increase jobseeker's capacity for employment through training, referral to counselling or support services, and coaching in job search skills.Post Placement Support: Provide comprehensive Post Placement Support to both employers and jobseekers.Adaptability: Quickly swap between tasks with short notice to address the dynamic nature of the role.Passion for Sales and Community Services: Bring enthusiasm and energy to sales and community service initiatives.Case Management Experience: Previous experience in case management within employment, community, or rehabilitation services is highly desirable.Effective Communication: Demonstrate effective communication skills, building strong relationships with jobseekers, employers, peers, and other stakeholders.Personal Integrity: Exhibit personal integrity, professionalism, and empathy towards people living with disability.Technological Proficiency: Be competent with MS Office Word & Excel and proficient in the use of electronic information systems.Qualifications, Skills & Experience Essential
A relevant qualification in employment services, community services or disability. A National Police Clearance, a NDIS Worker Check and a Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).? Full Australian driver's licence.Desirable 
Experience working in disability services. Demonstrated experience in employment services with an enhanced working knowledge of strategies to address barriers to employment.Case management experience within employment, community or rehabilitation services is highly desirable.Effective communication with the ability to build strong relationships with jobseekers, employers, peers and other stakeholders.Demonstrated personal integrity, professionalism and empathy towards people living with disabilities.Competent with MS Office Word and Excel and the use of electronic information systems.Benefits/ What's in it for you Access to our generous Not for Profit salary packaging (increase your take-home pay by packaging up to $15,900 of your annual salary plus further Meals and Entertainment benefits up to $2650). Truly rewarding work environment where you can make a difference to people living with disability, enabling them to be the best they can be. A friendly, supportive and flexible work environment. About us  Mobo Group is a growing organisation creating More Opportunities and Better Outcomes for people living with disability by providing pathways to sustainable employment.
