We are seeking an Employment Services Consultant to join our Darwin team! You will have the drive to succeed in your career whilst helping people obtain new employment! This role would suit someone with tertiary qualifications in Recruitment, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work. Both new graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply!

The RoleThe role is fast-paced and collaborative in nature and enables you to:
Use your employment placement and job brokerage skills to support people with injuries return to workConduct assessments & complete Labour Market AnalysisDevelop and implement vocational rehabilitation strategiesDevelop opportunities & networks with employers for job placementsNegotiate and influence hiring managers on behalf of your clientsAssist clients with resume development and cover letters, addressing key selection criteriaPrepare clients for confident and successful job interviewsWork within a multi-disciplinary team to help our clients find gainful and durable employment. This is a part-time, permanent position with scope to move into a full-time position over time. However, applicants seeking a full-time position are welcome to apply.

About YouTertiary qualifications in the following disciplines: Recruitment, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work is desirable and/or Professional membership with an Australian industry-recognised career development associationPrevious experience in Employment Services, Disability Employment, or Rehabilitation CounsellingCurrent Police Check and Working with Children CheckStrong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem-solvingHonesty, integrity, team attitude & positive approachGenuine commitment to continuous improvementExcellent written & spoken English language skills (professional fluency)Unrestricted driver's licence (own vehicle required).
