Key responsibilities include:Advising on disciplinary processes and workforce management tailored to the public sector IR framework.Representing clients in tribunals and managing industrial disputes, discrimination claims, and appeals.Leading investigations into misconduct, corruption, and code of conduct breaches.Preparing show cause letters, disciplinary decisions, and grievance responses.Delivering training on workplace issues like bullying, sexual harassment, and safety.Advising HR and legal teams on performance management, dismissals, and industrial relations matters.If you're ready to elevate your career in employment law, this role offers a chance to make a real impact.About YouYou are a skilled lawyer with 5+ years PAE, experienced in both federal and Queensland IR frameworks, particularly representing State and local government clients.
