THE ROLE
Our client's Employment Relations and Safety team is expanding due to strong growth. In this role, you will work with private and public sector clients, advising on a wide range of employment and industrial relations issues. You will provide strategic guidance and representation on workplace matters, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
This is a great opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to impactful solutions while helping clients navigate complex employment challenges.
EXPERIENCE
Our client is looking for a driven lawyer with at least three years of post-qualification experience, based in Brisbane. You'll have a solid foundation in both front-end employment advice and back-end litigation. Experience working with government clients and national-system employers is essential, though expertise in either federal or state industrial relations frameworks is also welcomed.
