We value a diverse and inclusive workplace representative of the wider communities in which we operate.About the RoleThis role ensures high-quality Employee Relations (ER) services for the Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL) by managing ER cases, return-to-work coordination, compliance, and project initiatives.
