Full-time contract until September 2024 supporting ER case management for a not-for-profit organisation. Your new company Your new organisation is a not-for-profit supporting the education space across the Gippsland region and beyond. Located an hour from Melbourne, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Relations Advisor to cover leave until September 2024. Your new role Your new role will see you work with the Employment Relations team to manage queries, conduct investigations, make recommendations and provide advice on reportable conduct and general conduct cases. This is a true ER-focused position, managing routine to complex cases in a medium-to-high volume workload. You'll also be supporting with updating, developing and implementing organisational policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
