Work closely with participants to identify barriers that may impact ongoing employment and provide post-placement support to ensure longevity.

As an Employment Officer, you will be the first point of contact for job-seeking participants.
You will be based in one community and provide a high level of individualized service to each participant to ensure they are job-ready.
As a Post Placement Support Officer, you will work closely with the participant, employer, and Community Development Program staff to create effective supports and interventions that ensure the job seeker's retention in employment.
These positions involve travel across several communities, requiring travel 2 weeks out of the month.
These positions are fixed-term contracts.
