What does your day look like? We are seeking both Employment Officers and Post Placement Support Officers to manage our caseload of participants.
As Employment Officer, you will be the first point of contact for job seeking participants. You will be based in one community and provide a high level of individualised service to each participant to ensure they are job ready.
As a Post Placement Support Officer, you will work closely with the participant, employer, and Community Development Program staff to create effective supports and interventions that ensure the job seeker's retention in employment. These positions involve travel across several communities. You will be required to travel 2 weeks out of the month.
