We are in the game of helping people and as an  Employment Partner – WISE Women  you will be key to making employment opportunities accessible for women re-entering the workforce.
WISE Women is an employment program run by women for women.
Our core focus is to assist women throughout the Western suburbs who require additional support to get back into the workforce, and help them reach their employment goals.
We help women achieve sustained employment, creating economic independence by providing extensive pre and post-employment support leading to enhanced self-esteem.
WISE Women develop collaborative relationships and protocols with other community networks to ensure our customers always have access to the appropriate services.

In this challenging and varied role your main focus will be: Assessing your customer's current job-seeking requirements Implement strategies to remove barriers to gaining employment Selling your customers skill set to employers Source future employers through reverse marketing techniques Create and maintain customer job plans Provide any necessary support to customers throughout the south eastern suburbs to help them secure sustainable employment   Who are we looking for?
Highly motivated and customer-centric candidates Commitment and passion for working closely with people to achieve employment goals A confident personality that can engage and partner with customers from all walks of life Commitment and passion for making a positive impact in the world through Employment Services Demonstrates previous experience in customer services and/or sales role Confidence to reverse market and promote customers and WISE services to prospective employers, both via phone and face to face Strong communication and negotiation skills An understanding of non-vocational barriers (including drug and mental health) would be desirable although is not essential   How can I apply?
