Your Role in Our Team
We're searching for a Construction Works Supervisor who's ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
You'll be leading the charge on key construction and maintenance projects across the Barcaldine Region , ensuring that community infrastructure hits the mark.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing construction and maintenance duties to enhance community infrastructure Engaging in road maintenance/construction activities, including traffic control and manual handling tasks Leading a team by promoting safe working practices and maintaining a collaborative environment Developing strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring exceptional customer service Are You the Right Fit?
We are searching for a dedicated and experienced professional who is passionate about construction and is ready to take on supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum requirements include:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil construction and/or maintenance Proven supervisory experience in construction works Current Queensland Construction Safety Induction Card (White/Blue Card) or equivalent Valid Australian Driver's Licence Experience and relevant certifications for operating road construction plant Certificate III in Civil Construction and prior experience with Local Government are desirable Your ability to manage a team effectively, solve problems creatively, and maintain a strong focus on safety will be critical to your success in this role.
