We are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience as an employment law practitioner.
This role can be based in any of our three locations; Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne and you will have access to flexible/hybrid working options as we support our people to balance work and life.We have an impressive and deep talent pool from which you can learn and develop in your career, with 5 (yes 5!)
partners who are Accredited Specialists in Workplace Relations and Industrial Relations.Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Providing pragmatic and technically accurate legal advice to a range of large and key clientsInvolvement and/or management of a range of matters including restraint of trade, misuse of confidential information, wrongful termination, discrimination, unfair dismissal, general protections to industrial disputesDrafting or preparing workplace policies, employment contracts, enterprise agreements and other documentationPrepare, draft and amend written advice to clientsConducting legal researchUndertake ad hoc projects as directed by the supervising PartnerOur ideal personFirst and foremost, you will be a great fit for our team.
