Employment Lawyer (2-4 Years Pae)

Industrial Relations & Employment Law (Legal) Our client is a highly successful and well-established CBD Law Firm of approx.
70 staff that offers outstanding career opportunities and all the resources you would expect to find at a leading law firm.
They now have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced and talented Employment Lawyer to join their genuinely collegiate and collaborative team.
To be successful in this role it is envisaged that the suitable candidate will be self-motivated and highly organised with ideally 2-4yrs PAE experience with Employment Law.
Joining their close knit employment law team, the suitable candidate will be working closely with a highly esteemed Special Counsel and their high quality clients.
You will work across a broad range of sectors and industries including but not limited to aged care, hospitality, retail, property, construction, local councils, government entities, education providers, finance advisors, healthcare/pharmaceutical and not for profit.
Some of the matters in this role will include: employment and contractor agreements; compliance with workplace legislation; award and enterprise agreement interpretation; dispute resolution; privacy obligations; employee entitlements; workplace law - commercial proceedings; discrimination and equal opportunity; terminations and redundancies; workplace performance issues.
The successful candidate will have: Experience with Employment Law (2-4 years PAE); A genuine client 'service' attitude; Excellent communication & time management skills; Strong attention to detail and well developed drafting skills; Ability to multi task and manage competing priorities; Be able to work autonomously and as an integral team player.
