The role This opportunity will suit a senior employment law specialist who is motivated to continue their development in a leading practice.
Day to day, your work mix will include: Advising on contentious and advisory matters spanning the full employment lifecycle; Working in all areas of employment law, including executive remuneration, discrimination and diversity, workplace relations, industrial relations, work health and safety and transactional support; Supporting large multinational clients and ASX-listed companies across various sectors.
About you The ideal candidate will be a senior lawyer with: Demonstrated employment, workplace relations and safety experience; The ability to work autonomously and seek assistance when needed; Effective communication and stakeholder management skills; Strong attention to detail and excellent drafting skills; A pragmatic, commercial and outcomes-focused approach to delivering advice to clients; An appetite for learning and supporting the professional development of others.
