The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Associate with broad expertise across employment law, along with additional experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or commercial law.
You will have the chance to work with a dynamic client base, offering employment law solutions to large employers, and handling both advisory and contentious matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting and negotiating senior-level employment contracts, including CEO and executive rolesRepresenting clients in Fair Work Commission disputes such as unfair dismissal and adverse action claimsAdvising on employment law aspects of M&A transactions, including employee due diligenceProviding risk management advice and delivering client training on employment law issuesSupporting charity clients with complex employment matters, offering tailored solutions to suit their needsWhy Join This Firm?
