Multiple Solutions has been a specialist employment service since 1992 and is part of the MS Society SA & NT. From April 2024 the MS Society SA & NT has commenced service from a brand-new, specialised Wellness Centre. This state-of-the-art facility offers our clients comprehensive and holistic care from our team of dedicated MS health and wellbeing experts. Are you focused on supporting people living with a disability to gain meaningful mainstream employment?
As an Employment Consultant for Multiple Solutions, you will be responsible for providing customer-centric employment case management. Services provided include job seeking strategies, career counselling, referral to community support services, access to vocational training and work experience placements. You will be expected to meet individual targets and contribute to a positive team culture.
To be considered for this position we are looking for the following;
A proven ability to communicate effectively and develop positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. Excellent written communication skills. Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail. Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands. Demonstrated experience working in positions with a strong customer focus. A dynamic and engaging personality with a drive to succeed. An understanding of local employer needs and the South Australian labour market. Skills in computer literacy and administrative tasks. A willingness to work in a continuously changing and target driven environment. The ability to problem solve and work within time frames. Current driver's license and reliable, registered, and insured motor vehicle. Experience in employment services is not essential. We are looking for a positive, performance-driven team member who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. If you feel you have these attributes, we are keen to provide full training to the right applicant.
A cleared Working with Children Check and National Police Check will also be required prior to commencement in accordance with the Child Safety (Prohibited Persons) Act 2016 (SA).
