Employment Consultant - Ongoing Support Consultant

As a DES Ongoing Support Consultant, your role will be to monitor and provide ongoing post-placement support to participants in employment, identify barriers to ongoing employment, and provide a solution-focused approach to assist the participant in maintaining employment and achieving milestones.
This role is located in West Perth and reports directly to the Team Leader. What we need from you: Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.High degree of self-motivation.Strong engagement and relationship-building skills.Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs.Essential requirements: Eligible to work in Australia.Current driver's licence.Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes.Criminal history check.Working with Children Check.About APM Group: We're a diverse team of over 13,000 people across 11 countries with a shared purpose - to enable better lives.
