As an Employment Consultant in our Disability Employment Services team, you will create opportunities for people with an injury, illness or disability to become work ready and find suitable and sustainable employment. By providing outstanding customer service, mentorship, relationship building and sales development, you will enrich our customers' lives by supporting them into long-term employment.

You will: Develop strong rapport to understand your participants' needs, interests, skills and experienceIncrease your participants' employability through training and other support servicesSource employment opportunities through networking and sales strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organisationsAssist with participants' resumes, job applications and interview preparationsIdentify and assess barriers towards employment and create solutions to support them at work and ongoingCreate job plans with the participant to support clear pathways into employmentWe are currently looking for people to fill vacancies in Launceston and Devonport.
