Engage with a caseload of clients on their journey to secure employment opportunities. Then, support them to stay employed through the Disability Employment Services contract. DutiesGet people into work by breaking down the goal of employment into smaller, achievable stepsWork in collaboration with employers to secure vacancies and promote our servicesDeliver holistic caseload managementEnsure accurate timely administrationExperience is an asset, but being new to the employment industry is not a problem. If you are driven and have a positive attitude, the ability to manage your workload/priorities, and confidence with a variety of customer relationships, you can succeed with us. Sureway's training and onboarding packages provide all the tools you need.
We specialise in regional areas across 4 states but retain that 'family feel'.
