About the Job Permanent full-time position.
Based in Nowra Engage with a caseload of clients on their journey to secure employment opportunities.
Then, support them to stay employed through the Disability Employment Services contract.
The support we provide has a ripple effect.
It extends to client's families and broader communities as well.

Duties Get people into work by breaking down the goal of employment into smaller, achievable steps Work in collaboration with employers to secure vacancies and promote our services Deliver holistic caseload management Ensure accurate timely administration Experience is an asset, but equally being new to the employment industry is not a problem.
If you are driven and have a positive attitude, the ability to manage your workload / priorities and confidence with a variety of customer relationships you can succeed with us.
