As our new Job Development Officer (Employment Consultant), you will be joining our supportive and client-centred team in Gladstone.
Using your sales and customer service skills, you'll be pro-actively supporting your clients with a disability to find and maintain meaningful employment in the local area.

It is a great time to join us!Responsibilities include:Generate and optimise employment for job seekers.Create job opportunities with effective marketing plans.Inspire and coach job seekers to reach their employment goals!Provide ongoing support in the workplace.Be committed to our values and helping others succeed.Selection criteria includes:Experience in a DES or Employment Services role (desirable).OR in a target-focused role with a keen desire to help others.
