The Opportunity In your new role as a Employment Consultant Broker you will build relationships with employers to facilitate job placements and work trial opportunities for workers and individuals with injuries.
Within this role you will be travelling to different hubs to have face to face meetings with your clients and attend the office for team catch-ups.
This role requires a people orientated professional with a positive, forward thinking caring attitude and the desire to help others.
Within your new role you will; Reverse market to create ongoing employer relationships to facilitate employment placement and work trial opportunities for workers and injured persons across all divisions within the company ongoing relationship management with employers to create repeat opportunities for employment placements and work trials ? Promotion of services and SIRA Vocational options to potential employers ? Management of internal employer vacancy database? Liaising with internal teams, providing insight into Labour Market and employment trends ? Analysis of Vocational assessments and Labour market analysis to identify future Vocational option trends Assist departments on file strategy to increase speed of return to work outcomes About You Business to business sales/business relationship management experience ideal Car and valid Driver's license Exceptional time management and attention to detail Strong cold calling and reverse marketing experience Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Self motivated and performance driven Sound knowledge of Sira Vocational programs Solid negotiation skills Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement Pinnacle Rehab is an equal opportunity employer who encourages applications from suitably qualified candidates from all cultures, ages, religions and genders.
