About the role:Two opportunities - Part time Permanent - 30 hours per week - hours negotiable Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Aruma is looking for an Employment Coach to help individuals with disabilities achieve their employment goals and unlock their full potential!
In this dynamic role, you'll be guiding, mentoring, and empowering individuals through both group and individual learning sessions. You'll tailor your approach to suit each person's unique learning style, ensuring they gain the skills and confidence to succeed. From delivering practical and theory-based learning to managing documentation and reporting, your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will help us achieve meaningful outcomes together.
