We'll provide comprehensive training, and help you achieve a Certificate IV in Employment Services within the first 12 months on the job.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployment Coach is a dynamic and rewarding position.
You will play a key role in assisting our customers to set and achieve their goals while meeting the contractual requirements of an employment service provider.Your Day-to-day Can Include The FollowingAssisting diverse customers in overcoming personal and professional challengesDelivering coaching to improve employability skills, confidence and career planningPreparing quality resumes, cover letters and supporting the job application processFinding suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocating on their behalfReferring customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health and financial counsellingProviding additional mentoring and support during the first six months of employmentDocumenting customer information and progress accurately within Workskil Australia and Government systemsAbout YouYou'll be a great fit for the team if you have a passion and drive for helping others.
