We currently have an opportunity for a new Employment Coach to join our team located at Bayswater working within Knoxbrooke Pack + Assemble.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As an Employment Coach, you will work 1:1 with our Supported Employees, providing guidance and support in their employment while undertaking packaging and production tasks. Working in the Supported Employment Services Team, you will use your skills and experience in the disability sector to take a person-centred approach to assisting Supported Employees to maintain their employment, learn new skills, and manage behaviours that may impact productivity. Key to this role is the willingness to lead by example and work alongside the supported employee in undertaking various factory and warehousing tasks.
This is a permanent full-time position with hours of work being 8 - 4.30 Monday to Thursday and 8 - 2.30 on a Friday.
