Job Description Purpose of Role: • Pursue potential employment opportunities that meet the needs of IPAR's job seeking clients.
Duties: Assist injured individuals by generating new employment opportunities with potential employers and manage the commencement and sustainability of this employment.
Collaborate with IPAR's team of Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants, who will refer Injured Workers from their caseload to you for reverse marketing.
Provide job seeking assistance services tailored to individual needs, primarily through a combination of candidate marketing and vacancy generation.
Identify and maintain a database of employers and engage them to employ our injured workers.
Regularly service their ongoing staffing requirements and ensure they remain open to receiving applications from IPAR job seekers.
Undertake administrative functions, including detailed documentation of service delivery utilising IPAR's client database management system.
Maintain a customer focus at all times and a commitment to deliver service excellence.
Required to own and maintain a road worthy, comprehensively insured motor vehicle and hold a valid current driver's licence.
Qualifications Must have demonstrated experience successfully reverse marketing job seekers into employment opportunities.
Ability to work with jobseekers with injuries and high barriers to employment.
Proven competency in networking and building relationships with employers.
Understanding of the current labour market and jurisdictional incentive schemes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to write and maintain case files and reports.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities.
