The Employer Partnerships Coordinator supports the Employer Partnerships Manager to enable the administrative functions that support our employer partners and external stakeholders that engage with RSL Vocational Programs nationally.
In this role, you will translate your knowledge of talent acquisition, employment services, and employment administration into systems and processes that assist the Vocational Programs team to ensure a great experience for external partners, ultimately providing more opportunities to the Veteran Community.
This position is based across two offices - one in Fortitude Valley and in our new Veteran and Family Wellbeing Centre in Stafford.
There will be some work-from-home flexibility a number of days per week.
What's required to succeed:Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or community engagement, talent acquisition, or Human Resource experience.Degree in Business or a related field (preferred).Demonstrated ability to build rapport and strong relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Proactive and autonomous when solution hunting and troubleshooting new approaches to recruitment of the Veteran Community.Demonstrated ability to work independently to meet deadlines and have a self-driven attitude.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with database systems and tech-savvy.Skilled in prioritising, time management, working to tight deadlines, and high-volume workflows.Proactive with a sense of urgency, self-motivated, shows initiative, takes accountability, and has good attention to detail.Demonstrated organisation, research, compliance, and coordination skills.Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.Queensland Open Driver's Licence.History of project support or event management (preferred).Why work at RSL QueenslandOpen, flexible, supportive, empowering - they're some of the things our team love most about RSL Queensland.
