An Innovative National Professional Services Firm is continuing a journey of enhancing it's People Function with this newly created role.
The overall objective of the position is to support the Head of HR with HR Compliance, WHS and Risk Management across all states.
Duties will include –
Reviewing HR Policy Documentation including drafting policy updates and monitoring renewalsSupports the evolution and enhancement of a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Frameworks and InitiativesSupports the broader HR Team with Workers Compensation and Injury Management claims.Employee Award InterpretationAssists with Risk and Safety AuditsAnalytics, Reporting and Ad Hoc ProjectsTo secure this role you will have –
Experience in HR, WHS, Works Compensation or Employment / WHS LawExperience in Health, Safety and WellbeingAn understanding and ability to interpret Employment LegislationA high Attention to DetailAn inclination towards Policy and ResearchAn ability to Analyse, Interpret and Present DataTo express your interest please apply via the link with a cover letter and resume.
