Location: CBD Office / Work from Home (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: AUD $100,000 $140,000 per year An Innovative National Professional Services Firm is continuing a journey of enhancing its People Function with this newly created role.  The overall objective of the position is to support the Head of HR with HR Compliance, WHS and Risk Management across all states.
Duties will include  
Reviewing HR Policy Documentation including drafting policy updates and monitoring renewalsSupports the evolution and enhancement of a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Frameworks and InitiativesSupports the broader HR Team with Workers Compensation and Injury Management claims.Employee Award Interpretation Assists with Risk and Safety AuditsAnalytics, Reporting and Ad Hoc Projects To secure this role you will have
