This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with all relevant industrial instruments, the Fair Work Act and Regulations, National Employment Standards and other related legislation. The successful candidate will support and actively participate in transformation, remediation and internal compliance projects related to employee/industrial relations.ResponsibilitiesEnsure adherence to Crown's Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards, and state and federal workplace relations legislation.Support the development and implementation of ER Governance, Risk & Compliance framework.Maintain awareness of legislative changes and lead compliance activities to ensure business readiness.Perform compliance and audit reviews, ensuring adherence to Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and other industrial instruments.Contribute to strategic Employee Relations projects, including leading specified workstreams according to the agreed project delivery method and monitoring quality assurance through reporting, tracking, risk identification and management.About youCurrent knowledge of the Fair Work Act and related legislation, with experience in Employee/Industrial Relations, including Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, and negotiating with industrial bodies.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing demands and maintain exceptional attention to detail and follow through.Strong results orientation, stakeholder management and a continuous improvement mindset with a strategic, yet pragmatic approach.Tertiary qualification in Employment Law, Industrial Relations or a relevant discipline, along with experience in strategy development and business planning.Additional InformationWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
